Mirvac are in the process of developing a large parcel of land beside the Brisbane river. The Quay building is at the heart of the precinct.

Mirvac needed a sales kit to sell the retail space at the base of the residential tower. The premier location suggests a high-end restaurant or bar would be best suited.
